TIPS

Please get enough sleep before the photo session and do not make any important appointments and plans.

I want to make sure you're well rested, relaxed and your eyes will glow! Do not worry, I will show and explain how to stand, where to look and where to put your hands.

The studio has a corner with toys and books for children, tea and cookies, a clothes steamer and hairspray.

WHEN, HOW AND HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?

• In 2-3 days after your session you will receive a link to the online gallery with previews.  You can choose images for the final detailed retouching, according to your plan. But you can purchase as many as you want anytime after photo session. Every extra photo for retouching is $35. 
  
• Ready retouched photos you will receive in 2 weeks after photo-session in hi-resolution JPGs and also in small JPGs for social media. 
  
• $100$ extra — If you want photos faster (in 3 business days).
  
• Also you will get online gallery of all good photos taken during photo-session with color correction in hi-resolution. 
  

MAKE-UP AND HAIR:

• Unfortunately we don’t have make-up and hair artists at the studio, but you are welcome to bring yours. However, it will increase a time of photo-session and a fee. Approximately +1 hour and extra $100 for using studio time.
• We advice you to arrive with hair and make-up done already. Makeup should be light and minimal with no heavy foundation. Nails polish should be transparent or nude, preferably short and without any visible nail designs. Especially for vintage and Fine-art photo sessions. 

BOOKING:

• For all bookings, we require a deposit of $100 to secure your appointment, with the package remainder payable on the day of your shoot (either with PayPal, by Zelle or cash).
  
• If you didn’t find any day available time you want or you have a deadline or require a specific shoot date, please contact me first to check timescales and availability. 
  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you want to cancel or change the date of photo-shot, please let me know at least 5 days in advance. I will gladly accommodate you and reschedule.
  
• If you cancel or reschedule the session less than five clear days before your appointed time, you forfeit your deposit. 
  
• No-shows owe the full price of the session. This is non-negotiable.
  

IMAGE RIGHTS:

• You own the rights to the photos done during the photo shoot for any private usage. For a commercial use,  you need an agreement with the photographer.
  
• The photographer has rights to use photos took during the photo-session for her own promotion in internet, include social media, photographer web-site and expose them on exhibitions worldwide. You will sign Model Release on the day of photo-session. If you do not agree with photo usage, please let me know ahead of time and I will not use them. 
  

LOCATION:

Marina’s studio is located at Manhattan, NY 10013 in the Heart of Chinatown.

The studio is accessible by the F, D and B trains. It’s a 10-minute walk from East Broadway (F) or Grand Street (D, B)  Stations, and is a few minutes away from a lot of famous Chinatown restaurants! 

Parking is available on 170 Park Row, 62 Mulberry St or 38 Bowery.

STUDIO RULES

• Everybody MUST WEAR A MASK.  The photographer is fully vaccinated. Don’t need proof of vaccination from clients.
• If you DON’T FEEL WELL AND/OR HAVE SYMPTOMS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. You will not lose you deposit in this situation.
• Please don’t be late and don’t come earlier. We may have another photo session before you.
• Please don’t bring extra people without informing the photographer.
