Hommage

Hommage, a term denoting profound respect, particularly evident in elements of an artwork that pay homage to other artists. 

For me, it serves as a 'time machine' experiment, delving into how contemporary women of the 21st century, clad in jeans and hoodies, might perceive themselves in the shoes of women from a century or more ago. My aim is to unveil diverse facets of their identity, perhaps unveiling some hidden femininity, or conversely, unearthing latent strength within them
